Generic instructions for students
You have been issued a student file named: username.enbu This is for the EduNetworkBuilder program, a free program. You can download that and install it on your own computer if you wish.
To use EduNetworkBuilder, double-click your student file. Your file is protected such that you cannot rename the file. Renaming the file will cause it to fail. It also has a password. If you forget your password, the teacher can reset it for you or you can go to an old version of the file and use it before you changed the password.
When you double-click the user file, EduNetworkBuilder will open to your profile. Under Class, you should see any homework which you have been given. At different times, you will be asked to open a new homework file, which will add the new homework to what you have already done.
To read in new homework, close the profile page and go to "file" -> "Open." Select the homework file that the teacher has given to you. When it has been loaded into your profile, you should see the new homework under "class."
When you have finished working on some homework, you will want to submit it. If a "submit" window does not pop up for you, you can always to to "edit" -> "submit". That will put a date-stamp on the homework and save it to your student file. Do not worry, you can submit multiple versions, if you decide you want to go back and change something. The teacher will see all the versions you submitted. If you submitted the new one before the deadline, they will grade the newest one. If you submitted it after the deadline, you should negotiate with your teacher which one they should grade.
